a few updates from my absence...

eeks - it's been almost a full month since my last post. sorry folks

here's a quick run down of some of the things you've missed in the past 4 weeks:

spent memorial day in the qc with my fam - even got some time with my sissy-in-law & her sweeties

good thing we all remembered to wear our gray and white stripes today

look at those teeth!!

brady goofing off with jeffrey running through the skybridge

traveled to dallas and birmingham (twice) for work

racking up the hilton points!

celebrated our one year anniversary

since i was in birmingham on our ACTUAL anniversary - we celebrated by having some ahi tuna appetizers at yesterday's while up at the lake that weekend instead

took a weekend getaway to the cabin - where it was cold and rainy but still extremely relaxing

i found todd here every morning when i got up

possibly the best breakfast in the world - coffee, bagel & nutella

nothing better than waking up to this

he caught about 15 fish that weekend

fluffy white clouds in the sky

staying warm on the dock

have hardly worked out at ALL - but ate things like this for dinner instead

discovered an amazing place called yogurt mountain while in b'ham
this treat included coconut frozen yogurt, vanilla wafers, chocolate waffle cone bits, cheesecake pieces, bananas, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. and yes, it actually was my dinner one night ;)

ummm - can't say that it's a bad thing to eat creme brulee four times in two weeks - especially when someone else is paying for it every time

sold my car & bought a new one

 

it's sunday night and the craziness starts all over again tomorrow morning

thankfully i will be in town this week - so maybe there will actually BE some blog posts
